| Daily Class Awards: First-place finishers in all Hunter, Western, English and Halter classes may choose their own award from the
following: Halters; Lead Ropes; Polo Wraps; Longe Whips; Shampoos & Conditioners; Crops; Horse Health Products; Apple Forks; Spur Straps; Saddle Blankets; T-Shirts; Buckets; Tail Wraps; Horse Treats;
Longe Lines; Fly Masks; Bell Boots; and more. Cups are awarded to 1st - 6th place. Points for Daily and Series hi-point awards are given as follows: classes of six or more
entrants, 1st - 6th, 6,5,4,3,2,1; classes of five entrants,1st - 5th, 5,4,3,2,1, etc. When classes must be combined (management decision), points are awarded as if
they had been run separately. Note: Other organizations may award points
differently for their hi-point/championship competition.
Daily Hi-Point Awards: All entrants are automatically eligible for Daily Hunter, Western, Halter, and English Hi-Point Awards for which they qualify. All such awards are based on the same qualifying classes as their respective Series Awards (see Series Awards page). Daily Hi-Point prizes are chosen from the following: Monogrammed Arena Bags; Monogrammed Bridle Bags; Monogrammed Jumper Pads; Monogrammed Saddle Covers; Monogrammed Helmet Covers; Monogrammed Boot Bags; Monogrammed Chaps Bags; Monogrammed Garment Bags; Monogrammed Grooming Bags; Monogrammed Halter Bags; Monogrammed Hay Bags; Monogrammed Sweat Shirts; Monogrammed Rucksacks; Engraved Trophy Halters, and more. Special Saddle Award: A "Regency" Close-contact English Saddle will be awarded at each Western, English, Halter show to the All Around Performance Horse Hi-Point Champion based on the Series All Around Performance Horse qualifying classes (see Series Awards): to be eligible entrants must enter at least 5 classes from both English and Western Divisions. The English saddle may only be won once per season by the same horse/rider combination. At the Oct 18, 2009 show, an Electric Scooter will be awarded to the Western Performance Horse Champion.
Entry Fees: Western, Halter, English classes
$12; Hunter classes $17; All Medal & Jumper classes $22; AQHA Classes $18;
Grounds fee - $20 per horse; Office fee -
$15 per entry; Mandatory
California drug fee - $5 per horse per judge (in double-judged show); EMT fee $5/hunter entry. Entrants entering any trail class must pay
a $12 post fee. There is a Scratch fee of $6 per scratched entry: scratches must be made on a
"SCRAD" form available at the office before commencing the previous
class, otherwise the entry fee is charged. Entrants automatically qualify for Daily Championship Awards (there is no
separate fee). An optional one-time sign-up fee of $35 qualifies entrants for
any and all Series Championship Awards for which they are eligible. Any horse entering the grounds but not entered in the show is subject to
a facility fee of $45 per day, plus a waiver of liability must be signed. The person making the entry takes financial responsibility for
all fees incurred. An NSF charge of $45 is made on all returned checks, plus a
monthly service charge. Class entry fees are doubled (i.e., there is an entry
fee for each judge) in the final double-point
show. |

| Horse
Show Rules · Horses entering the grounds must enter competition or pay a $45 facility fee to be schooled on the grounds; in either case a signed waiver of liability is required. · Hunter riders must wear approved hard hats at all times while mounted. · Junior hunter riders (riders under 18 years) must wear approved hard hats with harness while mounted. · Hunt coats/chaps are optional. ·
Horses 5
years and under may be shown in snaffle or hackamore in which case riders may
use two hands in equitation: for ·
Management
reserves the right to combine or cancel any class: if classes are combined,
daily and series points are awarded

Management
reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason including NSF checks and unpaid fees or
debts to Saddle ·
Misconduct,
unsporting, or unsafe conduct may result in cancellation of rider's right to
compete in further daily classes or · USEF Federation rules will apply; judges'/management's decision is final. · Tack changes to be done at the gate (3 minutes). Please inform the announcer. · Rider's age for this series is determined as of December 1, 2009: IEHJA dates rider's age from November 1, 2009. · Novice riders at the start of the series remain so for the duration. · Green horses and foals at the start of the series remain so for the duration. · Horses’ names at the start of the series remain so for the duration. ·
Horses
eligible to enter two halter “breed” classes may chose the higher-pointed
score for the purpose of Overall Halter · No rider under 18 years may show a stallion. ·
Crossties,
wash racks and the hot walker are for the use of boarders and may not be used
by competitors without special · All dogs on the grounds must be leashed at all times. · Registration papers are not required to enter halter classes. ·
Protests
must be made in writing, signed, and accompanied by a $50 fee: such fee will
be returned only if the protest is ·
Show
management assumes that all entry information is truthful but will respond to
evidence that Saddle Series, or USEF ·
Amateurs
must not have derived income or trade from instructing, training, or riding,
or holding themselves out as such · No refunds of entry fees will be made without a veterinarian's certificate: Veterinarian on call, Dr. James Clark. Note: A variety of foods and beverages will be available on the grounds. |
